Updated title for clairty. I use it alot at lunch and remote play over internet with ps vita. The PS4 network will need good upload speed 10 mb works good on xfinity and for vita i use t-mobile which uses around 1. I also tried it on google connection at starbucks which worked ok.

You have to use the "hacked" version in order to get it to work on a non-Sony android phone. However they're suppose to making it possible to remote-play on PC and Mac soon.

When I was with telus my upload speed was never good enough for remoteplay, it would connect and instantly fail, but most times not even find the connection at all. The best thing is the Samsung galaxy phones all seem to support the PS4 controller natively via OTG connection!

I was only getting about 3. These days fro remoteplay the VITA is about the worst device you could use it seems. Finally, the structure of my question is that you would have to disprove every possible outcome to be correct and I would just have to have one that would likely be beneficial.
