December 11th, , Wish my new had a 2 stage Trigger or at least that I could feel a little "take up" befoe "firing" Can the stock trigger be adjusted to provide any of this, or, will just having the Lbs of trigger pull lightened a few pounds accomplish some real irmprovement. What have you done to improve yours? I hate to think of spending a lot of money to buy and have installed, a 2 stage triiger.

There are some good instructions on the internet on how to lighten the Ruger trigger.

December 27th, , TRY HERE Ruger Model 77 Trigger. February 23rd, , I just put a Volquartsen sear in mine and it greatly improved the pull. It has a slight creep and a very low pull now.

Don't have a scale or I'd measure it. February 26th, , I worked my trigger using these instructions and the trigger is great.
